Child Actress Gets Bigger Role on ‘Big Love’

Eleven-year-old Bella Thorne will play not the niece of Barb (Jeanne Tripplehorn) and daughter of Cindy (Judith Hoag) as previously reported, but will instead take the role of Barb’s daughter Tancy, to replace Jolean Wejbe, who played the role during Big Love’s first three seasons.

Thorne has appeared on Entourage, The OC, and in five episodes of the now canceled Dirty Sexy Money. She also played Christian Slater’s daughter on the NBC series My Own Worst Enemy. Her Big Love character will reportedly have deep anger issues.

HBO has announced that Big Love’s fourth season is set to kick off in January next year.
